Why do suppliers need to register with G42?

All suppliers must formally register if they wish to do business with G42. All suppliers must first register and prequalify through both the Coupa registration and Corestream due dilligence systems in order to participate in G42 sourcing events.
Does Registration require any fees?

No, there are no service fees related to the registration and prequalification processes.
How will you know that you are registered with G42?

Following successful registration, a system-generated email will be issued with further details.
How can overseas suppliers and manufacturers register with G42?

Overseas suppliers and manufacturers can register through the same link provided above.
What are the registration requirements for suppliers who are in the UAE but outside Abu Dhabi?

UAE suppliers with industrial licenses can submit online requests through the supplier registration portal. For further information, you may refer to the user guide.
What will happen if I don’t have the Tax or VAT Certificate?

Please select the VAT Exempt option and upload a letter in company letterhead agreeing to submit the VAT number once available or not applicable
What is the registration process?
▶
Supplier registration consists of two phases: the initial supplier registration phase and the secondary Due Diligence phase. During the registration, suppliers must select the Procurement Category or Categories based on their trade license activities in order to be invited to future tenders.
What is the response time for approval and feedback on our submission?

Submitted registration applications will be initially reviewed within 5 Business days. However this may delay depends on the supplier response/s and Due Diligence Screening.
What can I do in case my registration application is not reviewed within 5 working days? How can I follow up or expedite the processing of our submitted application?

I have received a due diligence questionnaire from the Corestream system. Is it mandatory for me to undergo due diligence in order to do business with G42?

Yes, it is mandatory to undergo due diligence to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards, which benefits both parties in our partnership.
I have received the DDQ form for the Corestream system, but am unable to login. Is there anyone I contact for support?

If I register with G42 via the portal, can I do business with all G42 group companies, or do we need to pre-qualify with individual group companies?

Yes, you can do business with all G42 group companies as the registration process is centralized at G42 excluding M42, Presight, Khazna Data Centres, Space42.
Is an In-Country Value certificate a pre-requisite for registering with G42?

No, the In-Country Value certificate is not a pre-requisite for the registration process. However, it is worth mentioning that the ICV program stimulates broad-based economic growth, benefiting all relevant stakeholders. How will suppliers get notifications?

Official G42 status updates and notifications will be sent to the primary contact / official registered email used at the time of registration. Suppliers are able to update their primary contact person and other designated users roles via Coupa CSP portal.
How will G42 validate the supplier licenses?
▶
G42 will review the supplier's primary licenses (Commercial/Industrial issued by the respective competent authority). Suppliers are expected to update their license prior to expiration. G42 cannot do business with a supplier that does not have a valid license.
If the primary contact for my company is no longer employed by us, what should I do?

Why do we have to submit a Power of Attorney while registering with G42? When will this be used?

A supplier declaration signed by authorized personnel on behalf of the company is a mandatory requirement prior to onboarding the supplier. A copy of the Power of Attorney or authorization evidence is required to support the supplier declaration.
Why do we have to provide InfoSec Questionnaire?

InfoSec Questionnaire is required for all suppliers who select the procurement category IT.
Do we need to submit ISO or Sustainability Certifications?
▶
ISO/Sustainability Certifications are not mandatory, but may be considered favorably during supplier selection to the tenders.
I am a current supplier for G42 and I received a notification asking me to update my supplier registration profile. Why am I being asked to do this?

If you are registered and prequalified with G42, you will receive a system-automated notification requesting you to update your company's profile. This is to ensure G42 has the most up-to-date information for your company.
Once I register, when will I start to receive RFPs?
▶
Upon successful registration and prequalification, you will be considered a potential supplier. However, G42 retains sole discretion in the selection of bidders for a tender and award based on our internal procedures and approvals. G42 may request further tender-specific information, and the outcome of a tender-specific short qualification will take precedence over pre-qualification.
