Injazat

Martin is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Injazat. He has over 30 years of cross-industry experience. Prior joining Injazat, was the Global CTO at Dell Technologies, where he established and managed the early development of Dell’s entry into cloud products, services, and consulting, then led the development of Dell's digital transformation practice within the Asia Pacific region. During his tenure, Martin established the smart cities and nations technology business unit. He supported building Dell’s brand as a trusted global partner for the national government, smart cities, and civil and military defense programs. In his early career, Martin worked as an engineer supporting the joint defense command, security, and control capability development within the United Kingdom’s defense force. Martin has played an active role in the last eighteen years, shaping Singapore’s national development and industry as an appointed special advisor on various steering committees. He was also selected as a lifetime official Singapore government party and policy ambassador.

Gianluca is the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Injazat overseeing the business strategy, identifying customer trends, and managing strategic partnerships to expand the business locally and internationally. Prior to Injazat, Gianluca was the Chairman of The Italian Gentlemen FZC till 2019 where he instigated strategic initiatives that positively impacted multiple business areas, driving down costs, increasing revenue, and improving overall performance. He was also Managing Director of Media & Sport Management FZC till 2017, which is an international media agency. In this role he was instrumental within the motorsport Industry working with clients such as F1 teams and drivers, where he deployed strategies that empowered the company to grow exponentially.

Mouad is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Injazat. He has over 20 years of international experience. He was based in France, Switzerland and United Arabs Emirates. Prior to joining Injazat, Mouad held multiple positions in Orange Business Services (OBS) and became the CFO of Orange Cloud for Business worldwide. He led the organization’s finance for MEA region including management of the financial accounts in all legal entities, for continued profitable growth, supporting regional strategy development and restructuring. During his career Mouad has managed the finance controlling function of Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa region based out of Geneva (Switzerland). Mouad started his career in Gemalto (Thales Group) at corporate finance level, and the last position held by him was Group Management Reporting Manager. Over years, Mouad served in different companies including Orange Group focusing on improving performance in telecommunication and services at regional and corporate level. He joined OBS Geneva office as a finance manager for Global Customer Program for European contracts handling all finance, tax and treasury matters of large deals over $150m contract value. He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from KEDGE Business School and have executive programs from the ESCP Europe. Mouad is trilingual with proficiency in English, French and Arabic.

Ebraheem is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Injazat. Prior to Injazat, Ebraheem was with Mubadala Investment Company, where he has played a pivotal role in the successful strategic implementation of HR best practices across their Aerospace, ICT, and Utility assets and was within the Injazat echo system working with Malaffi, as well as the Remunerations Committee and the previous Board of Injazat data systems. He has over 19 years of experience with accomplished roles in different industries including Media Regulations, Production & Content Management, Telecommunications, and Investment companies. Ebraheem holds a Diploma in Computer Networks from Higher College of Technology in Abu Dhabi, The UAE, a bachelor's degree in Arts (B.A.), Marketing from Abu Dhabi University, Abu Dhabi, The UAE, and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Abu Dhabi University in Abu Dhabi, The UAE.

Salwa Smaoui is a proven digital tech leader who thrives on building and enhancing businesses, teams and nations. Salwa joined Injazat in 2021 as the EVP, Digital Advisory, where as a senior C-Suite operator, she ensures Injazat continues to build its digital transformation strategy for its clients, ultimately playing a key role in enhancing the digital future of the UAE. Salwa brings with her a wealth of experience from some of the world’s biggest and most reverend brands. She joined Microsoft in January 2006 as the Country Manager for Tunisia. For six years, she led the country to unprecedented growth through building and executing an impactful capacity building, community reach & citizenship plan.

Sureshkumar Selvaraj is the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) at Injazat; he is responsible for establishing a world-class delivery organization and delivering value-driven IT services for the entire organization. Before joining Injazat, he was the VP and Head of Delivery for multiple units at Cognizant and was part of the senior leadership team. He established offshore delivery centers for Global clients, and under his leadership, business growth exceeded 100%. Suresh has 24+ years of experience in the IT industry. He managed delivery & customer relationships that drove RTB, CTB, Modernization, and Digital transformation initiatives for approximately 200+ companies worldwide.  His business unit was recognized as the best business unit across Cognizant Application Services for 4 out of the past 5 years.
