G42 welcomes the decision by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) to include the United Arab Emirates in Country Group A:5 and approve G42 and Core42 as authorized recipients of advanced computing items under the U.S.-UAE AI framework.
This marks an important milestone in the continued evolution of the U.S.-UAE technology partnership. It reflects years of constructive engagement across multiple U.S. administrations, as well as the significant work undertaken by the UAE and industry to build world-class technology protection and compliance frameworks.
