The Great Place to Work® award is based on an independent and anonymous sampling of G42 employees. Over the past year, G42 has made important strides in amplifying employee satisfaction and engagement. Reflecting these efforts, there was a significant 3% increase, from 81% to 84%, in respondents stating that, “taking everything into account, G42 is a great place to work”. While the overall performance in evaluating all dimensions of the survey also improved, edging up from 76% to 77%.
This progress is attributed to several strategic initiatives aimed at fostering a conducive, inclusive, and innovative work environment. G42 has prioritized and increased its well-being and mentorship programs, expanded access to learning opportunities, and promoted the use of a flexi-work policy.
